I work at a veterinary clinic in mid-Missouri. Daisy was abandoned at our clinic at the end of July. She would dig out of her yard and escape, due to lack of attention/boredom. So she was brought to us by the city, and after picking her up twice, her owners have never returned our calls. The city’s rule on dogs that are abandoned is to euthanize them after ten days. We have kept her and have been trying desperately to find her a home, sharing her on our Facebook page, and even had multiple families interested in her, none of which have been a great fit. We spayed her, vaccinated and heart worm tested her, and have been boarding her at the clinics expense while trying to find her a great home. Daisy is the MOST PRECIOUS dog and has lots of energy! She thrives when she can have frequent walks and loves to go on runs. She needs to be supervised while on a leash or a well fenced area. We love her and want to find her the perfect family!
